I’m not the best person to help you as I am now a fatty after a food filled holiday.. I found the 30 day shred helped me a lot and then, looking at what I was eating and changing it if it wasn’t healthy and then cutting it in half (I was eating too large servings)
So I’m back from our 2.5 week Bali trip… and so much heavier… We were literally eating up to 5 large meals a day!
I’m trying to get back into the healthy eating and exercise but it’s so hard for me at the moment I need to suck it up and power through.. Easier said than done..
Any tips?
